Primary Ingredients
 1 Cup Of Milk
 ½ Cup Of Water
 1 tbsp Sugar
 1.50 tbsp Tea Powder
Secondary Ingredients
 2 Nos Of Cardamom
 2 Nos Of Cloves
 1 Tiny Bit Of Cinnamon
 1 Tiny Bit Of Dry Ginger
 4 Nos Of Black Peppercorns
 1 Tiny Bit Of Nutmeg

Steps to Make Kadak Chai

Procedure 1: Make The Chai Masala Powder

Drop in all the above mentioned secondary ingredients and make a fine powder out of it and store in an airtight container.

Boil half a cup of water in a kettle and when it boils just add half a teaspoon of chai masala powder and stir well. After a few seconds add the required amount of tea powder and keep stirring. When it turns aromatic, just pour in hot milk over the brew and when it comes to a boil just turn off the flame and strain the tea using a tea filter and serve hot in a glass cup.
