Ingredients Required To Make Samba Rava Kesari Recipe

 1 Cup Of Samba Rava
 ¾ Cup Of Sugar
 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
 10 Nos Of Cashews
 10 Nos Of Raisins
 5 Nos Of Almonds
 5 Strands Of Saffron
 4 tbsp Ghee

How To Make Samba Rava Kesari Recipe

To make samba rava kesari recipe, place a saucepan in the stove and turn on.

When it is heated tip in a tablespoon of ghee and when it starts to melt add a cup of samba rava to it and start roasting it in low flame.

Do it until fragrant and lower the flame and transfer the samba rava to a bowl and keep aside.

In the same pan just tip in another spoon of ghee and when it is heated, just add the measured quantities of cashews and almonds and fry till golden brown.

Finally, add the raisins and when they pop up, just transfer all these roasted nuts and dry fruits to a small plate and keep it.

Heat the pan again and pour in three cups of water to it.

When it comes to a boil, just add the roasted rava with one hand while stirring continuously with the other.

Stir in such a way that there should be no lumps at all.

Pop the lid on and let it cook for a while in low medium flame.
