Ingredients For Masala Omelette Recipe

 3 Eggs
 1 no Onion
 1 no Capsicum
 2 no Green Chilli (finely Chopped)
 1 pinch Turmeric
 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
 1 Tomato (Finely chopped)
 1 tbsp Milk
 1 cup Coriander Leaves
 2 tbsp Oilve Oil
 1 pinch Garam Masala
 ½ tsp Red Chilli POwder
 Salt as Required

How To Make Masala Omelette

Initial Preparation To Make Masala Omelette Recipe

Beat all the eggs well and whisk thoroughly till it becomes fluffy.

Add the required quantity of salt, finely chopped onion, capsicum, green chilli, a pinch of turmeric powder, a tea spoon of pepper powder, garam masala, chilli powder and tomatoes to it.

Now add a tablespoon of milk and whisk for two minutes.

Heat a pan and sprinkle a tea spoon of olive oil and once it is heated, pour the fluffy mixture into it and close it with a lid.

After two minutes just open the lid and flip the omelette to the other side.

once it is cooked, sprinkle some finely chopped coriander leaves and switch off the stove.

Now the masala omelette is ready to serve.

Serve it with wheat or brown bread.

Things To Remember For Masala Omelette Recipe :

  • To get the best result, beat the egg so nicely that you get a thick fluffy omelette.
  • For added taste, add a little milk while beating the egg.
  • Just sprinkling a pinch of garam masala will perk up the flavor.
  • Instead of cooking oil, ghee can also be used.
  • To get a perfect finish, do not flip to the other side. Just cover the omelette with a lid and simmer the flame.
