 5 Nos Of Butterfly Pea Flower
 2 Cups Of Water
 1 tsp Honey
 2 Drops Of Lemon
 ½ Pinch Of Cinnamon Powder
 ½ Pinch Of Turmeric Powder

Directions To Make Butterfly Pea Flower Tea:

Boil And Brew

Heat water in an earthern pot and add five or six pea flowers and let it come to a boil. Add a tiny pinch of cinnamon and turmeric powder. Simmer the flame and stir in until the essence of the flowers gets steeped in completely.

Filter And Make it Sweet

Strain it to a serving cup using a tea filter and add a teaspoon of honey with a nice stir. Finally add one or two drops of lemon juice for the tangy finish. Serve hot on a windy evening.
