Adai is one of our favourite South Indian Foods as it has a very good nutrition and a good protein content, One of the nice things about Adai is that it Goes well with Aviyal ! and the combination is a one to relish every time you make either one.
With beautifully spiced and with the flavours of garlic and tomato Rasam is our all time go to for any any mid day meal and it tastes very good with hot steamed rice.
Idli is like a rice cake which is very famous in Tamil Nadu it is a very simple food and tastes very good with sambar and chutney.
