Roti Stir Fry recipe

Ingredients Required
 1 Cup Of Roti Chops
 ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
 ½ tsp Coriander Powder
 ¼ tsp Garam Masala Powder
 ¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
 ¼ tsp Cumin Powder
 2 Pinches Of Garlic Powder
 1 tsp Sugar
 2 tbsp Butter
 Required Amount Of Salt
Step 1: Soften Up The Roti Strips

Take three to four left over rotis and slice them into long strips and spread them in a hot tawa just for one minute and pop the lid on. Turn off the flame and let it be in the mild steam for two to three minutes. We do this just to soften it up without adding any oil or water.

Step 2: Make The Roti Stir Fry

Heat a wok and tip in two tablespoons of butter and when it melts down, add the above mentioned masala powders one by one and drop in the roti strips and sprinkle the required salt. Swirls around the roti strips until the spices powders get mixed up well. Let the flame be in medium high mode so that the roti strips get roasted all over. When it reaches the desired golden brown color and crispy consistency turn off the flame.

Step 3: Serve Hot

Now the roti stir fry is ready and serve it hot with a suitable dip and a fantastic beverage.
