1. Roti Chops:  Long and thick strips of roti chopped with knife evenly to make roti stir fry.

2. Spice Powders: Regular spice powders used in Indian cooking to spruce up the dish.

3. Sugar:      To balance out all the flavors together

4. Butter : To fry up the whole dish.

 1 Cup Of Roti Chops
 ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
 ½ tsp Coriander Powder
 ¼ tsp Garam Masala Powder
 ¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
 ¼ tsp Cumin Powder
 2 Pinches Of Garlic Powder
 1 tsp Sugar
 2 tbsp Butter
 Required Amount Of Salt
