Roasted Chickpeas are crispy spicy evening snack that is popular in India, and you get them in different flavours that vary from place to place.

 1 cup Chickpeas
 2 tsp Olive Oil
 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
 ½ tsp Garam Masala
 2 pinches Paprika
 Salt as Required

To make roasted chickpeas recipe, wash and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly and strain it in a bowl.

Just dry them using a linen towel and keep it under fan for some time to become moisture-free.

Let it remain for 1-2 hours approximately.

Roasted Chickpeas Recipe - Smear Them With Oil :

Take the bowl of chickpea and sprinkle a tablespoon of olive oil over it and the required salt.

Toss the bowl so that the oil and the salt spread evenly.

Sprinkle a tea spoon of chilli powder and half a tea spoon of garam masala over it and mix well

Finally add one or two pinches of paprika to it.

Mix everything well.

Pre heat the microwave oven for 400 degrees and just place a baking sheet or an aluminium foil over the baking plate.

Tuck the sides properly on all sides.

Now transfer the prepared chick peas to the plate and spread evenly.

Set the temperature for 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes, just open the oven and shake the plate once or twice and set it for another 10 minutes until you get a crispy outer layer and crunchy inner layer.

Now the crispy hot roasted chickpeas are ready to eat.

Serve it for an evening snack with a cup of filter coffee on a rainy day.

Store it in an airtight container and use for a week.
