The Marination :
 500 g Prawns
 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
 ½ tsp Garam Masala
 2 tsp Coriander Powder
 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 1 tbsp Oil
For Cooking The Prawns :
 2 tbsp Ghee or Cooking Oil
 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
 1 no Cardamom
 2 nos Onions
 2 nos Green Chilli(slit)
 1 tsp Chilli Powder
 1 cup Grated Coconut
 5 nos Cashew
 Salt and water as required

Wash and clean the prawns thoroughly with water.

Take the prawns in a large bowl and put the required salt in it. Then add the measured quantity of Chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and a tea spoon of cooking oil to it and mix well.

Let it marinate for a few hours.

Place a pan in a stove and heat it.pour some ghee or cooking oil, especially mustard oil for added flavor.

Once the oil is heated, put a spoon of cumin seeds and a cardamom.let it splutter.

Add finely chopped onions and roast it till golden brown and add the green chillies to it.

At this stage, add the marinated prawns and keep frying till they swirl up.

Put the grated coconut and cashews into the blender and make it into a smooth paste.

Now add this paste to the prawns in the pan and sprinkle a little water and close it with a lid.

Let it cook for a few minutes and switch off the stove when it becomes dry and golden brown.

Spinkle fried curry leaves over the fry and serve hot with steamed rice.
