For The marinade
 200 g Paneer Cubes
 ¼ Bunch of Methi Leaves (finely chopped)
 1 Cup Of Hung Curd
 ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
 ½ tsp Cumin Powder
 ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
 ½ tsp Kasuri Methii
 ½ tsp Garam Masala
 ½ tsp Sugar
 Two Pinches Of Salt
For Tempering
 1 tbsp Ghee
 1 tbsp Groundnut Oil
 2 Nos Of Onion (finely chopped)
 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
 1 tsp Coriander Powder
 1 tsp Ginger garlic Paste
 1 No Of Green Chili (slit)
Step 1: Make The Marinade

Drop 200 grams of paneer cubes to a bowl and add in the above mentioned ingredients one by one and stir in altogether. Let the marinade rest for a while.

Step 2: Do The Tempering

Heat oil and ghee in a saucepan and sprinkle some finely sliced onion and saute till golden brown. Tip in a green chili along with a teaspoon of ginger garlic paste and when it becomes fragrant, just plunk in the marinated paneer chunks and stir for a while. Add in the spice powders along with the required salt. Pop the lid on and let the gravy get cooked in low flame for a while.

Step 3: Garnish And Serve

Approximately, after ten minutes when the gravy turns aromatic, open the lid and strew in some fresh coriander leaves and garnish with some fresh cream or butter and serve the luscious methi paneer hot with roti or naan.
