Nourishing Methi Paneer Recipe / How To Make A Nutrient Rich Methi Paneer Recipe

For The marinade
 200 g Paneer Cubes
 ¼ Bunch of Methi Leaves (finely chopped)
 1 Cup Of Hung Curd
 ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
 ½ tsp Cumin Powder
 ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
 ½ tsp Kasuri Methii
 ½ tsp Garam Masala
 ½ tsp Sugar
 Two Pinches Of Salt
For Tempering
 1 tbsp Ghee
 1 tbsp Groundnut Oil
 2 Nos Of Onion (finely chopped)
 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
 1 tsp Coriander Powder
 1 tsp Ginger garlic Paste
 1 No Of Green Chili (slit)

Step 1: Make The Marinade

Drop 200 grams of paneer cubes to a bowl and add in the above mentioned ingredients one by one and stir in altogether. Let the marinade rest for a while.

Step 2: Do The Tempering

Heat oil and ghee in a saucepan and sprinkle some finely sliced onion and saute till golden brown. Tip in a green chili along with a teaspoon of ginger garlic paste and when it becomes fragrant, just plunk in the marinated paneer chunks and stir for a while. Add in the spice powders along with the required salt. Pop the lid on and let the gravy get cooked in low flame for a while.
