 1 No Of Raw Mango
 1 Cup Of Jaggery or Rock candy
 ¼ tsp Grated Ginger
 ¼ tsp Cardamom Powder
 ¼ tsp Blackpepper Powder
 ¼ tsp Cumin Powder
 2 Pinches Of Black Salt
 6 Nos Of ice Cubes
 6 Petals Of Mint Leaves

Step 1: Boil The Mango

Boil mango in a wok and when it cools down just peel of the skin and plop in the pulp to a blender along with two or three pinches of black salt.

Add The Spices

Tip in a little cardamom powder, black pepper powder and cumin powder according to your taste and requirement. Also add some grated ginger and some fresh mint leaves. Finally add one cup of jaggery (can adjust the quantity) and blitz for a few pulses. Now the delicious aam panna is ready.

Strain And Serve

Strain the juice using a tea filter and plunk in some ice cubes and serve chill in serving glasses. Garnish with one or two mint leaves and serve it on a sunny afternoon.
