 1 tsp Cumin Powder
 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder

Some Freshly Chopped Cilantro To Garnish

1

In a large mixing bowl, add the minced mutton, raw papaya paste, ginger-garlic paste, and all the spice powders - red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well and set aside for 30 minutes to marinate.

2

Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

3

Add the marinated mutton to the pan and cook until the mutton is cooked through and all the liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat and let it cool.

4

Once the mixture has cooled down, add the chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

5

Using your hands, shape the mixture into small round patties. Make sure the patties are not too thick, as they will take longer to cook.

6

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook until they turn golden brown on both sides.

7

Once the kebabs are cooked, remove them from the pan and serve hot with mint chutney, onion rings, and lemon wedges.
