Chief Ingredients
 ¼ Cup Of Milk
 2 Cups of Water
 2 tsp Tea Leaves
 1 tbsp Sugar
 ¼ tsp Baking Soda
 1 Inch Of Cinnamon Stick
 2 Nos Of Cloves
 2 Nos Of Cardamom
 1 Pinch Of Salt
To Garnish
 ½ tsp Grated Almonds
 ½ tsp Grated Pistachios

In a large saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and stir until it dissolves.

Add 2 teaspoons of loose tea leaves, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 cinnamon stick, 3 crushed green cardamom pods, and 3 cloves to the boiling water.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and let the tea simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until the color changes to a rich pink.

Add 1/2 cup of milk and let it come to a boil.

Reduce the heat and simmer for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add sugar to taste and stir until it dissolves.

Strain the tea into cups or a teapot.
