Take a slice of sandwich bread and apply a layer of softened butter with a butter knife, on both the sides and first apply a thin layer of green chutney on one side and fill it up with a spoon full of paneer masala.

9

Likewise, take another bread and apply the butter lavishly on both the sides.

10

Here, you apply the green chutney on one side and now place it over the paneer filled bread.

11

Toast it in a grill toaster for 2- 3 minutes to get a crispy, stripped paneer sandwich with an irresistible smell of butter.

12

Or else, you can simply toast it in a hand toaster in the gas stove. Here you first do the toast on one side, and then after a minute or two turn to the other side of the toaster and repeat the same process again.

13

Here you get an awesome aromatic paneer sandwich with an attractive color.
