Chilli Cheese Sandwich Recipe

Chilli Cheese Sandwich recipe is a sumptuous crunchy treat made with bread and cheese mixed up with chilli and some spices. This cheese topped sandwich recipe is a yummy appetizer that takes your taste buds on a roller coaster ride in the very first bite.

 2 Slices of Sandwich Bread
 2 tsp Butter
 1 cup Mayonaise
 1 Bunch Mint Leaves
 6 Green Chilli
 ½ Bunch Coriander Leaves
 1 tsp Chat Masala
 4 Cubes cheese
 1 Capsicum (green)
 1 tsp Roasted Gram

Wash The Veggies :

Wash and clean the vegetables.

Finely chop the capsicum and green chillies and keep aside.

Similarly, wash and clean the mint and coriander leaves.

Add the mint and coriander leaves to the mixer jar with 3 to 4 green chillies.

Add a teaspoon of roasted gram to it.

Finally add the required amount of salt and sprinkle a little water.

Make a fine paste out of it and transfer it to a bowl

Take a bowl and add the finely chopped capsicum and green chillies into it.

Grate two to three cubes of cheese into the bowl and mix everything well with a tablespoon of chat masala.

Take two slices of sandwich bread and apply butter on both the sides using a butter knife.

Take one slice of the bread and apply a second layer of butter on one side.

Then you apply a lavish layer of green chutney.

Similarly, apply a layer of mayonnaise over the bread.

At last, fill the bread with two tablespoons of the vegetable cheese mix and spread it evenly.

Now take the other slice and apply a lavish spread of butter, green chutney and mayonnaise and ensure that it is spread evenly.

Finally, place this slice over the other and keep it on the toaster.

Toast it for a few seconds and take the sandwich out when it turns golden brown.

Grate some cheese over the toast and serve it hot with tomato ketchup or hot and sour sauce.
