1 Cup Of Curd (thick and fresh)
 1 tbsp Garlic (minced)
 1 tbsp Ginger (crushed)
 ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
 ½ tsp Cumin Powder
 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch Powder
 ½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
 ½ tsp Pepper Powder
 ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
 Required Amount Of Salt
Step 1: Make The Marinade

Take a large bowl and drop in all the ingredients required to marinate. Add the measured quantity of chicken and squirt in altogether and keep it in the refrigerator for about two to three hours approximately.

Step 2: Pierce It Into The Skewers

Wash and wipe off the metal skewers and thread on the marinated chicken pieces one by one into the skewers and dab a little oil using a brush.

Step 3: Grill The Tikka

Grill the tikkas in a preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes approximately and set the timer accordingly. You can flip or turn around the tikkas in between to ensure overall frying. Take it out when it is over and place it on a serving plate.

Step 4: Serve Hot
4

Dab a lavish spread of lemon over the tikkas and serve hot with mint chutney or mayonnaise.
