 1 Cup Of Dried Chickpeas
 ½ Cup Of All Purpose Flour
 ½ Cup Of Parsley
 ½ Cup Of Cilantro
 1 No Of Chopped onion
 4 No Of Garlic Cloves
 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
 ½ tsp Black Peppercorns
 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 Required Amount Of Oil For Frying

Soak the chickpeas in water overnight or for at least 8 hours.

Drain the chickpeas and add them to a food processor along with the parsley, cilantro, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice. Pulse until everything is well combined, but not pureed.

Add the flour to the mixture and stir until well combined.

Heat about 1 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and flatten slightly.

Fry the falafel in the hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the falafel from the oil with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
