Cardamom Lassi Recipe

Lassi is a curd based drink that originated in the Indian subcontinent and there are many varieties in it. One such common variety is cardamom lassi. It is famous especially in the North India. Cardamom lassi recipe is known for its rich flavor and appetizing smell.

 1 cup (big) Curd
 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
 2 tsp Sugar
 1 no Dates
 1 no Fig
 2 strand Saffron

Preparation of Cardamom Lassi Recipe

Take a thick fresh cup of curd and put it in a blender.

Add 2 tea spoons of sugar and a tea spoon of cardamom powder and blend it.

Transfer it to a glass jar and garnish it with dry fruits like grated almonds, dates, and fig.

Finally, pour the saffron soaked curd and mix it thoroughly. Refrigerate for sometime depending upon your time of preparation or your own choice.

Now the rich yellow cardamom lassi is ready to serve. You can also serve the cardamom lassi plain, which has a rich authentic taste.
