How To Make Butter Chicken
Butter chicken occupies an important place in North Indian cuisine and it originated in Delhi, the capital of India. Butter Chicken Recipe is known for its rich taste and authentic flavor.

The perfect blend of spices makes this dish a unique one. In Indian style, the Butter Chicken Recipe is made by marinating with yoghurt or curd, ginger garlic paste, pepper and other spices. Then it is cooked with a curry paste full of butter.

How To Make Butter Chicken Recipe
To Make Butter Chicken, clean the chicken thoroughly and put in a large bowl. Add the measured quantity of chilli powder, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, yoghurt, turmeric, pepper powder, garam masala with the required salt and mix it up well.
Let the chicken mixture marinate for a few hours.
To make butter chicken, heat a pan and pour some cooking oil in it.once it is heated, add the marinated chicken pieces one by one with enough space and fry it till golden brown. When one side of the chicken is cooked well, flip to the other side and cook similarly.
Keep it aside and let it remain warm in the container.
Add some butter in the same pan and fry the finely chopped onions and fry till brown.
Now add the ginger garlic paste, and once you get the fragrance out of it add the chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and stir it well until the raw smell of the masalas goes off.
Slowly add the crushed tomatoes, pepper powder and cumin powder and required salt and simmer the stove.let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
When it is thickened remove the pan from the stove and let it cool.
When it is completely cooled, put it in a blender and blend it into a smooth paste with a little water.
Just pour the puree you prepared and add thick fresh cream, sugar and kasoori methi to it.
At this stage, add the marinated chicken into the pan and cook for about 10-15 minutes until the chicken is completely cooked.
When the butter starts oozing out from the sides, you can find that the chicken is w cooked fully and a nice flavour comes out of the pan. Now the butter chicken is completely cooked.
Switch off the stove and garnish the chicken with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
