Bengali Bhapa Paneer recipe

 200 g Paneer (cubes)
 ½ Cup Of Fresh Coconut (grated)
 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
 2 Pinches Of Turmeric Powder
 3 tbsp Mustard Oil
 3 Sprigs Of Coriander Leaves (fresh)

In a grinder, grind the grated coconut, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, green chillies, ginger paste, and garlic paste into a smooth paste. Add a little water if needed.

In a mixing bowl, add the paneer cubes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, and the coconut paste. Mix everything together well.

Grease a steaming dish with some mustard oil. Transfer the paneer mixture into the dish.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil, and steam it for 15-20 minutes on medium flame.

Once the paneer is cooked, take it out from the steamer and let it cool for a bit.

Garnish with some fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or roti.
