Amla Juice Recipe

 5 Nos Of Amla (big size)
 2 tsp Sugar
 2 Cups Of Water
 1 Pinch Of Salt
 ½ Cup Of Ice Cubes
 4 Mint Leaves

Wash the gooseberries and drop them into a vessel with two cups of water.

Boil the gooseberry for five to eight minutes approximately.

When it cools down, just take out the seeds from the Amla and drop them in a blender with the water.

Blend them for a minute or two and get the juicy extract out of it.

Strain it completely using a strainer and tip in two teaspoons of sugar along with a pinch of salt and stir in for a while.

When the sugar gets dissolved, just transfer the juice into two serving glasses and drop in two or three ice cubes in each glass and pour in the juice. Top it up with tiny bits of fresh mint leaves and serve chill on a hot summer day.
