Chief Ingredients
 1 Cup Of Hung Curd
 1 Cup Of Paneer (crumbled)
 ¼ Cup Of Gram Flour
 2 Slices Of Bread ( crumbled and corners removed)
Spices And Aromatic Agents
 ¼ tsp Blackpepper Powder
 ½ tsp Cumin Powder
 ½ tsp Coriander Powder
 ½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
 1 tbsp Ginger garlic Paste
 ¼ Cup Of Chopped Mint And Coriander Leaves
 3 Nos Of Green Chilies (finely chopped)
Other Ingredients
 Required Amount of Salt
 1 tsp Butter Or Cooking Oil To Dab

In a mixing bowl, add the hung curd, crumbled paneer, bread, besan, chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, green chillies, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and salt. Mix everything well.

Grease your hands with some oil and shape the mixture into small kababs. Dab it on bread crumbs all over and refrigerate for a n hour approximately.

Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes.

Grease the air fryer basket with some oil and place the kababs in a single layer.

Spray some oil on top of the kababs and air fry them for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.

Flip the kababs halfway through the cooking process and spray some more oil on top.

Once done, remove the kababs from the air fryer and serve hot with mint chutney or any dip of your choice.
